I called Olsons looking for parts for my broken Whirlpool dryer. I was I in over my head in trying to disassemble it. I explained to Eric what I thought the problem was. He knew right away I was going down the wrong rabbit hole and quickly got me in the right track with the right parts. His experience and know-how was invaluable. Bought a washer and dryer from Olson's because they have in house service .....washer broke down in less than 3 months.....they told me I need to contact the manufacturer.....dryer still not fixed.....I would rather take my chances of finding a dryer sitting on the side of the road than deal with Olson's
Washer was leaking. Technician came out and fixed it the next day! They fixed my fridge last year. Thanks for the excellent service!
Kara or Cara this lady in the photo that works there is a very rude and unprofessional lady. She came to my house because she owes my mother money and didn’t leave the money after my mother asked her to. I didn’t invite her into my home she just started walking in making me move backwards.
