Olson's was great until they weren't. I let them know prior to them coming out that payment would be made from our property manager through a trust that they worked with before, and explained they were on our pre-approved vetted vendors list through the trust. They said this would not be a problem. Once most of the work was done and payment was due I explained our unique situation again, regarding a trust account through a bank and how they handle these bills. I called Olsons looking for parts for my broken Whirlpool dryer. I was I in over my head in trying to disassemble it. I explained to Eric what I thought the problem was. He knew right away I was going down the wrong rabbit hole and quickly got me in the right track with the right parts. His experience and know-how was invaluable. Bought a washer and dryer from Olson's because they have in house service .....washer broke down in less than 3 months.....they told me I need to contact the manufacturer.....dryer still not fixed.....I would rather take my chances of finding a dryer sitting on the side of the road than deal with Olson's

Washer was leaking. Technician came out and fixed it the next day! They fixed my fridge last year. Thanks for the excellent service!
