Really good place to buy stove, fridge ect. Good price and good customer service
No call No show
I have a ge dishwasher.Had Olson's come to repair.his name was Eric.they stated he had all kinds of degrees and was the best repair man they have.If that was the case he would have known that on ge dishwashers you have to replace the timer as well as the solenoid.otherwise the solenoid would burn up again.Why would I ever call them again to repair anything when they have very little knowledge about repairs.
Was excited to get repair of dishwasher. Was scheduled between 2-4 today for repair. No call that they would be late. Finally got through to voice at 4:50 & was told they would be here momentarily. Half hour later & they are still not here. When tech did arrive he was thoughtful in trouble shooting the machine. My frustrations, though valid, as my wife & I had to cancel plans due to the lateness, were eased somewhat. I appreciate the response below to my concerns.
