We had a front door under a well covered porch installed almost 3 years ago. I was out wiping it down yesterday. A sidelight is leaking and parts of finish came off down to the bare door. I called to ask for help, I was told I would need to find someone to strip and refinish the entire door. I asked for any referrals and I was given a number for a company - number is disconnected. Really not happy. Poor customer service follow up.

We recently hired Olson Windows to replace 26 windows and 1 patio door in our 17 year old home. We worked with Kevin out of the Warrenville showroom and the entire process was handled in a very professional manner. Kevin met with us at our home and discussed our options for the windows and patio door. He was very knowledgeable about the various window manufacturers. We replaced two patio doors and two large windows. The salesperson came to our house and was very helpful. The installers were outstanding. The staining was also supplied by Olson, other than a small glitch in scheduling, it went very well. We are very happy with Olson and would gladly do repeat business with them.

I was searching for a part for European window and was referred here by the manufacturer. Even though the revenue for the part would only be about $3.00, they went the extra mile and called the manufacturer and got them to send me the part for free. if they go the extra mile for free, I can only imagine the service they would give on a large purchase. This is why I shop local whenever possible. Customer service! Not just a slogan here.
