Brought a van in for service, they quoted $1,900 to just to possibly get it running( a starter, fuel pump, gas tank) Took it to another shop and they got it running for $200. They replaced the starter solenoid(starter was fine) but olsen tire said "starter" was bad), put fresh fuel in and flushed lines and it fired right up and pump runs at proper pressure, They charged us $275 just to look and they didn't even touch 1 thing or turn 1 bolt as our mechanic looked and took pictures and showed us that Olsen tire was just tryin... read more
Ordered set of tires, made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, waiting for the tires to be put on 1/2 hr later they tell me they don't have the tires, wanted to charge more money$$$ for different set. (Then blamed it on the computer) The computer doesn't add or deduct inventory. Garbage in Garbage out. 1st time using Olson...That was my bad.. Discount Tire not only met Olsons price but beat it by $$$, To be fair I will review Discount Tire soon.
