I visited the store in Arlington heights location around 1pm on Jun 22nd, there was only an old employee there. I told the store clerk that I was looking for replacing the carpet in my basement. I told him I visited CarpetOne and liked their Silverado product and wanted to see if you have something similar. He told me he didn't care about CarpetOne or Silverado but asked what price range I was looking at. Guy on the phone was completely rude and super unhelpful. He sounded annoyed during the whole time I was asking basic questions about vinyl.
