My husband and I bought a house from Bjorn in the summer of 2011. We do not recommend buying a house in the Chateaus (sp!!) in Park Place, in University Place WA. Bjorn did the punch items only because I refused to sign the mortgage until he did; we were willing to walk away from the purchase. It's a good thing we did! My husband and I own a house built by Bjorn. We recommend NOT buying in the Chateaus at Park Place, UP development. We bought our house in Oct 2011. My husband and I both deployed to Afghanistan & the builder (Bjorn Olson) said that he would finish our punch list items when we returned. Development went bankrupt while we were deployed & Bjorn has refused to honor his contact.
