WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! I moved in July 2025 and I wish I never did. Starting off with the amenities included in the overpriced rent that I haven’t had a majority of my lease or at all. terrible company, I lived in my house for 3 years and they NEVER come to fix things, charge CRAZY prices for normal wear and tear, and are NEVER available to talk to.
I am writing to formally demand resolution regarding the ongoing habitability failures at my rental property, which I leased in October 2025 and which is managed by One Property Solution. At this point, the situation has become unreasonable. I am paying monthly for a service that is not being provided.
