The process was fast, simple, and clear from start to finish. No surprises, everything was laid out upfront. The place was clean and ready when I moved in. Super happy with my choice, and I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for an easy rental experience!
Application fees are $50 PER family members, plus an ADDITIONAL $35 ( I believe ) PER family members for a background check, because that isn’t included - plus BTW these folks take forever to each back out to you- They’re literally just collecting over $80+ off each individual that applies for the home, and probably pocketing this money. Also, if you’re going to show off a home, maybe try cleaning before doing so.
Renting from this company was surprisingly easy. The team made sure I had all the details upfront, and they were really quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. The viewing was super easy to schedule, and they didn’t waste any time getting the paperwork sorted. The apartment was in great shape when I moved in, and I didn’t have to deal with any maintenance issues. It was honestly one of the most seamless rental experiences I’ve ever had.
Poor service. THEY want the rent or they ready evict you yet their NOT getting any maintenance service completed. THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION EVERYTHING IS ONLINE. PAY THEM OR ELSE. This is their on form of communication lbvs. Now I'll be getting a call soon. Hope they'll fix these problems. This my second post.
They made everything feel super easy. Good vives, clean space, and helpful People.
