Couldn’t leave another review and the reviews must be true . I’ve paid for my application fee etc and now they don’t reply or give any updates I’ve applied for 4 other properties after them and have been approved for all of them but still haven’t heard back from one property solution and I applied for them first! DO NOT APPLY THEY ARE SCAMMING !
I will be back to rate again but I recently put in an application for an apartment of theirs I viewed and it looks beautiful hope I get it and hope the reviews aren’t true I can kind of see the communication problem a little bit I have faith. One Property solution please prove to me the reviews are false looking forward to renting from you
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! Do not rent from them! They do not respond to maintenance requests. My daughter was without heat for over 2 weeks during the winter. Temperatures dropped as low as negative 15 and still no resolution. She had to call the city of Gary on this company just to receive a working furnace. The home was OVERRUN with mice. They did not help resolve the issue AT ALL! This company is an example of SLUM LORDS!!! Do not waste your time!!
This place sucks with communication!! You can't get anyone on the phone, everything is through email. Adding more- day 2 ,sitting here waiting on the plumber who said he'd be here at 9:30, it's 10:40 and nothing! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I asked 3 times what time and was told 9:30.
