My years renting through olson were some of the most miserable years of my life. No clue how these clowns are in business. On my move in day the apartment stunk like dirty socks, they said oh we can break the lease if you aren't happy. That should have been the red flag to do so. I hope every day they go bankrupt 🤣
Terrible company, very rude and unprofessional.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Eric Olson at this property management company is the coldest person I’ve ever met. Brought me to tears at the apartment shows because we hadn’t signed our lease after application. (Evidently there were a lot of people applying and 1 day was too long for him to wait for us to sign) All I wanted to do is meet the person I would be renting from. Even after I apologized for being so emotional, and told him that I suffer from PTSD, I was berated by this man the entire time I was there as I sobbed... read more
