We recently had a larger HVAC company in the Madison area try to trick us into thinking that the primary heat exchanger on our furnace was bad and that we needed an immediate replacement. We called Olson as a second opinion, who took the time to explain to us what was likely going on with our furnace and who assured us our furnace still has life to it. Had my furnace quit working and it is -11 degrees outside. Called and within 1 hour Hunter was here to figure out the problem. He throughly explained what was wrong and had us up and running in about an hour. Highly Recommend!!!
