Chris was awesome when my furnace went out he was out there that night. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly knowledgeable group of people. I will definitely use them again.
Any time I've had Olson service my furnace or air conditioner, Chris has been super easy to work with. He's always upbeat, pleasant, and easy to talk to. He gives a thorough explanation of what he's doing and why it needs done, which I appreciate and respect. Have had a couple of emergency calls to Olsons for our furnace and they have been reliable the times we’ve used them coming within a day or so and fixing the problem the day they came out and quickly! Appreciate you coming out and getting our heat back up!
