My furnace was making a weird noise for a while, so my landlord called up Olson H&C and Chris himself came out the same week and figured out the issue in no time! Just a week later, I have a brand new furnace. Chris’ team was very helpful, kind, and prompt! They finished within just a few hours! Honestly, if you’re within their service area, there’s no one else I would recommend! They know their stuff and they execute it well.
A year ago, we replaced our furnace and AC. Chris was personable, knowledgeable and gave a very competitive quote. I couldn't be more happy with their work and ongoing customer service. We've had two minor issues (one was a defective part), and each time Chris responded and the issues were addressed in a timely manner. Give him a call! I highly recommend!

Olson quoted and installed a mini split system for us. First off, the quote was significantly less than other HVAC companies here in Wooster. And the install was completely professional. They really did an exceptional job! Don't waste your time with anyone else.
