Any time I've had Olson service my furnace or air conditioner, Chris has been super easy to work with. He's always upbeat, pleasant, and easy to talk to. He gives a thorough explanation of what he's doing and why it needs done, which I appreciate and respect. Have had a couple of emergency calls to Olsons for our furnace and they have been reliable the times we’ve used them coming within a day or so and fixing the problem the day they came out and quickly! Appreciate you coming out and getting our heat back up!

My furnace was making a weird noise for a while, so my landlord called up Olson H&C and Chris himself came out the same week and figured out the issue in no time! Just a week later, I have a brand new furnace. Chris’ team was very helpful, kind, and prompt! They finished within just a few hours! Honestly, if you’re within their service area, there’s no one else I would recommend! They know their stuff and they execute it well.
