Have had a couple of emergency calls to Olsons for our furnace and they have been reliable the times we’ve used them coming within a day or so and fixing the problem the day they came out and quickly! Appreciate you coming out and getting our heat back up!
My furnace was making a weird noise for a while, so my landlord called up Olson H&C and Chris himself came out the same week and figured out the issue in no time! Just a week later, I have a brand new furnace. Chris’ team was very helpful, kind, and prompt! They finished within just a few hours! Honestly, if you’re within their service area, there’s no one else I would recommend! They know their stuff and they execute it well.
A year ago, we replaced our furnace and AC. Chris was personable, knowledgeable and gave a very competitive quote. I couldn't be more happy with their work and ongoing customer service. We've had two minor issues (one was a defective part), and each time Chris responded and the issues were addressed in a timely manner. Give him a call! I highly recommend!
