A bit frustrated with the cost of the service. Everyone was nice to work with and they were great communicators, its just tough to swallow a $150 call charge and $80 for the small amount of work that was done. All I expected was that my blower CFM wasn't quite set right and now I'm paying a $240 bill... I guess that's on me for not inquiring about call charges and hourly rates. $150 just to come to your house seems excessive, I want others to learn from my mistake.
Olson Heating and Cooling has been our go-to furnace and air conditioner service and maintenance. Today (86 degrees) our air conditioner stopped cooling! I phoned Olson’s and Brandon was at our house within 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Just another example of their wonderful service.
