Brandon was knowledgeable, capable and courteous. It appears the furnace maintenance was done well. Brandon also replaced the April Air filter, which we did not request because we normally do it ourselves each fall.
The installation of our new furnace was quick and convenient for us. The price was much lower than we were expecting. We have been with them for 21 years and look forward to the continued service.

I like dealing with Olson Heating for a couple reasons - 1) I have their contract, meaning they are proactive in scheduling both summer and winter maintenance. Secondly, although I wasn't planning on getting a new furnace, Stan made the decision of selection painlessly easy. I'd spent about $800 in '24 for some gas part and this year the blower fan went out, requiring a $1400 new fan and A-coil (as it froze).
