We called Olson Energy Service as our air conditioning unit was not working as effectively as it had previously done so and we knew we were long overdue for a service. We were able to get an appointment for later the same week - which was very convenient. Chris arrived during the allotted time window and he got straight to work. Friendly service and very knowledgeable. I also like having a consistent tech who knows the history of my furnace. It’s typically the same guy every time.
Chris was super fast in re- programing my thermostat. So nice to be warm again. Won't let any one TOUCH thermostat EVER ..Maintenance done on furnace fast also. Good service....
