I called to request a quote on Aug 14th to have someone come out to repair a broken Mitsubishi mini-split and perform standard maintenance on the other units. I spoke to Joseph, who sent me a very reasonable quote. I scheduled for Aug 19th at 10:00AM to come out and take a look and Joseph was a no-call, no-show.
I had a new Mitsubishi heat pump installed. The price Olson gave me was very competitive (I had at least 4 quotes) and their work excellent! I'm very happy with their installation.
Olson had ian nformative estimator who answered all our question without upselling or any feeling of being "piched," scheduled promptly, completed the work on time with zero mess, and it works great. Better yet, it was the best priced bid - by a lot.
Chris H. did a great job. Thanks.
