It's too bad I had to give her one star. This person is a flake, she runs an on and off business, and never keeps her promises. Had a problem with a pet and the litter box. We set up an appointment, she never showed and didn't even bother to call. Our whole holiday weekend was ruined, as we sat there like fools waiting for her. Very unprofessional and shifty. Save your money for a professional.
