Our experience with OD Homes was exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail and responsiveness during the construction process was outstanding. We lived in a distant city during construction and needed someone we could trust to do the right thing in our absence. OD delivered. Eric, Troy and the OD Team delivered our dream home and we couldn't be happier!
Eric, Troy and the entire team were fantastic to work with. Their experience to every detail of the building process was spot-on and they were enjoyable to work with throughout. When you build a HOME it can be both exciting and stressful; so having the right partnership makes all the difference. They stayed on our timeline, stayed on budget and deliver a beautiful HOME for our family. OD Custom Home "is" the right choice when you're ready to build your home. Eddy & Caroline Patterson
I can't speak more highly of the team at Olson Defendorf. I'm in the commercial real estate development industry so I understand what it takes to GC a project. The Olson Defendorf team is top class and have been great to deal with from start to finish. I can't speak highly enough of them.
We hired Olson Defendorf to rebuild our home in 2023. Eric and his team walked us through each step of the homebuilding process, guiding us through all the decisions that needed to be made. They made the process as easy as it could, our project manager was great, and we're still extremely happy with the end product a couple years after move-in.
Olson Defendorf did a major upgrade to our home. Very happy with the experience. They were on time, on budget, and the results exceeded our expectations. The turnkey approach also fit our busy schedules. The team was responsive to our needs and concerns before, during and after the project. We would definitely use them again for an upgrade….or maybe just have them build our NEXT home!
