The tech (Tom) was courteous, on-time, and quick with our A/C tune up. It gives me peace of mind knowing our A/C will be ready when the really hot weather hits! Thanks to the awesome team at Olson Comfort Services... excellent job!
A simple fix to get my boiler working again. Made a service call to another local business. He enended up not being able to fit me in today 😒 called me 3 hours later to let me know at least. Looked up Olson. They were able to get me in within an hour. They sent Tom. Tom did a fantastic job Got my boiler up and running . Thank you for the fast service and reasonable price
Olson Comfort Services has been instrumental in servicing and maintaining my family's HVAC systems for over a decade. Every time the technician (Tom) was on time and explained the options to make sure we make the best decision long term. They also educated me and provided better air filters than what the big box stores are selling to make sure the equipment runs within parameters. I recommend them to everyone I know.
As always, Tom was here first thing, located and fixed several problems that all contributed to my loss of heat. Never got below 69° before he had it working. Did an annual service, got me 10% off my repair parts and labor, saved almost enough to pay for the annual. Thanks again for always being so dependable and thoughtful. Olson Comfort has been servicing you air conditioner and furnace for a number of years now. They are punctual, do a great job, clean up when they are done and their prices are very reasonable. One thing I appreciate is that if there is any issue, they explain it to me in "common sense" terminology, unlike some companies who try to make the customer feel ignorant. I highly recommend Mark and Olson Comfort for all your HVAC needs.
