We had Olson replace a large amount of concrete around our house. For the most part the work was excellent. Unfortunately when I informed them that they left an 8 foot wide rough ridge directly in front of our main entry, they will not return to correct it. I am so very disappointed with the lack of customer service that I received from Olson Cement. Olson poured a slab for a shed. When the shed arrived, it could not be installed because the slab had bowed and needed to be shaved by I ½ inches for the walls of the shed to be stable. The work was performed by Olson on June 23, 2021. On July 28th, when the shed was delivered and could not be installed, I spoke with Olson, and every week thereafter to seek resolve.
