Back to Humming Along I recently went in to have my BMW worked on as my car was in an accident that caused my drive train and flex wheel to go out. Thanks to Olson brothers I found out I needed the additional flex wheel as the other shop, who will remain nameless, failed to let me know. Fix the skin and leave the broken bone I went in for a bumper repair paid for by AAA. They are in AAA direct network but very shady, charged AAA for works and parts they did not even do. They replaced my bumper plastic skin but left the bent steel structure underneath still bent. Sure, it looked fine when I got my car back but 2 months later I found out about the bent steel and have to go back to them again because AAA paid for it and does not want to pay another shop. Do NOT go to them if you have any other choice.
HOLDING MY CAR HOSTAGE FOR AN ESTIMATE! Well, this "Body Shop" disassembled my car without authorization, now refuses to reassemble it and they are holding my Mercedes hostage for disassemble fees and storage none of which was disclosed to me nor did I authorize any work to be done on my vehicle! They had me sign a blank repair order for the estimate, and lied to me several times. STAY AWAY THEY TOOK MY CAR APART AND NOW WONT GIVE IT BACK OR EVEN ASSEMBLE IT. Excellent Work Thanks! My BMW was in an accident in August 2009, another car side swiped the passenger door and the rear door plus the fender in the rear and also a portion of the front fender. I took the car to Olson Brother Body Shop for an Estimate; these people are very courteous and professional and when the car was inspected for the damage they will talk to you and let you know what can be repaired or have to be replaced, you will get a computer generated list of parts that must be replaced and also the parts that can ... read more

I had an accident the other day and my friend referred me to the olson brothers body shop. i expected this shop to be like all the other ones but it wasnt. they fixed my car so that it was as good as new. overpriced? i think not. the price all depends on how much the car was damaged. i am very happy with the work that they did and i will recommend this shop to all of my friends.
Olson Brothers is the best body shop......EVER!!!! I had front end repairs done to my 2008 Infiniti G37 last week and I couldn't of been more happier. VERY BAD AUTO BODY! OWNER EVEN WORSE Took my car in for a bumper repair. Color match (black) is off ! & My custom stereo base control is "missing" owner accuses me that it wasn't there from the beginning. I also show him that someone pulled back my sub enclosure. Owner had to be restrained by employees. Very unprofessional had to call Milpitas Police department to assist me to resolve the're THIEVERY!
