My sister retained Gene Olson to handle my late mothers estate. He failed to clarify to her how her assets were effected by an annuity. During time after her death he was very unresponsive to the heirs questions. When probate time came he facilitated poor conduct of the executors transparency in providing normal disclosure of the assets and documents. I then had to retain my own attorney to be provided documents I should have received in probate process. Amazed 3 years later they never completed probate process. All this gav... read more
