Been hear off and on 4 10 year's
My family and I lived here for 2 years and overall, these are typical 3 star apartments. The good: -Surprisingly well insulated for a boom build -Plenty of parking -It is fairly cheap to rent -Maintenance actually fixes things with Princeton Management at the helm -Getting our security deposit back was surprisingly easy. The not so good: -Location (7th Street) is horrid. Very loud, no peace and quiet, loose dogs everywhere, 4th of July sucks (full week of fireworks), no nearby parks or even sidewalks. -Poor sound proofing be... read more
