We called OLSHAN because the builder of our house so highly recommended the company. Connor, our OLSHAN inspector, spent the better part of an hour inspecting our house, inside and out, before concluding we needed no foundation work at this time. We appreciated his competence and honesty. We will certainly call OLSHAN if we ever need foundation work, and, meanwhile, we highly recommend the company.
Phoned Olshan for a foundation assessment, they set an appt. for the next day. Arrived on time, Connor pinpointed the issue as he exited his vehicle, within 1 minute pointed out the cause to me and a quick explanation to the solution. After assessing the home outside and inside, a plan of action and cost was presented me. The repairs were made 3 weeks ahead of our scheduled repair date. The place was immaculate after they completed the job. I can't be more pleased with the entire experience.
