RED FLAG! This company has the worst communication and has a bad reputation on resolving a customers needs (from an experienced community member who has used them). From asking a simple question to getting an appointment, no appointments are verified or confirmed and had a NO SHOW on a very important appointment date. We had a great experience with Olshan and their team lead by Josh. They were professional, walked us through all the details, answered all of my questions, and were very respectful of our property. In the end, they documented their work and shared photos and cleaned the area up so it looked like they were never even there. I would not hesitate to use them again.
We recently had helical piers installed on our addition by Oshan’s and the experience was excellent throughout the project. It took us over a year to schedule after our initial quote and the engineer/sales rep was not pushy at all throughout that waiting period. During this period, I got 4 other quotes for the job and all were 40-120% more expensive, and Olshan’s had the best warranty. Kelly and his crew were on time and very professional. They experienced unforeseen issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend them to others.
We had them out for some mud-jacking and they told us in advance that due to lots of brickwork around the slabs that it would be a tricky job and that some of the bricks might crack. They arrived on time and were very friendly! Due to the bricks, they checked in with us several times throughout their work and talked us through our choices, with no pressure at all about how we proceeded.
