Horrible experience. Their contract limits their legal liability FOR ANY REASON to what you pay them even though they carry insurance. This is not market and is unfair. They trust that you don't understand the legal implications and won't talk to a lawyer. Don't let them take unfair advantage of you. Hire someone else who doesn't so limit their potential liability
I contacted three different companies for estimates on foundation settling repairs I chose Olsham and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After reviewing all the proposals Olshams not only made the most sense for the repair but was also the best price. They use a structural engineer “Mark “ to evaluate the job, the crew was great kept me informed throughout the job and the office staff was great . I definitely recommend Olsham ,,Thanks Steve Valdez
I used Olshan Foundation Solutions for my sinking foundation in February-March 2026. It only took the crew 4 days to install 8 helical piers and they did a great, professional job. Everything was cleaned up for a final inspection before they left. Josh was the project manager and was great at explaining all they were doing every step of the way. I highly recommend Olshan for any foundational repair projects!! I live in Littleton, CO.

After getting quotes from several local companies here in Denver, I decided to go with Olshan to raise my basement concrete using polyfoam.
