Pity you can’t leave a 0/5 stars review. In short, we were renting through olsen romano for about 7 years and made the house we lived in (which was a shack) so much better by taking great care of it and never causing any problem. Anyway, the agent we had was an absolute pain all the way through. Any tiny thing had to be a big and difficult problem.
