Boy was I excited to find out my rental contract was transfered to this company... (Extreme heavy sarcasm) It's been 5 months with them and I'm out No online pay option. Wants checks. Mrs. Olsen is a mean wicked woman who is very BITTER and angry towards her tenants. We rented from her for 81/2 years and the rent was paid on time every month til she suddenly only gave a 30 day notice to move. We asked for more time and she told us she doesn’t work for us and she only works for the homeowner.Any decent human being would advocate for their tenant as well. First encounter with her will be our last. She was rude and dismissive with questions we asked, (though they were answered) also the information her office assistant gave us did not align with what the realtor said. We were told rent on the unit was $1800. When we arrived, we were told that rent would be $1900. We also were told we required 2 yr income/work history.
