Pros: The Dr.'s are kind. I am overall happy with my results. The ortho tech from Puerto Rico is a great tech. Cons: Writes irrelevant information in chart. Ortho techs are very hit or miss. I asked for a certain one that did good work to be noted in my chart so I could avoid the shoddy work and tech listed below, but they disregarded that and gave me a random one each time, and I gave up. I still had large, rough patches from attachments on my teeth despite telling the techs, and my dentist had to remove them during a teeth... read more

I had an amazing experience. The entire team was kind, informative, professional, and genuinely positive throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in the work they do. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!
