I see a lot of stars without anyone explaining why.
I went in today and purchased a new handgun. The staff was very professional, but connected to their customers on a personal level. They qualified me before they presented - they didn't try and sell me something I wasn't looking for. This is rare in most of the big stores in town, where they just start pitching the latest and greatest. The guys at Olsen took the time to listen to my concerns, my objectives, and presented different options, went over the functions, features and benefits of the different models, and helped me back into my decision. I went in with one idea, but was sold on a lower cost option. Again, not typical. Great, local store. I'm now going to be a repeat customer. A+ gentlemen.

Nothing but the best here. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Aaron was very helpful. He educated and assisted me in finding the proper firearm for my needs.
