I’m honestly not sure how this provider qualifies as a “menopause specialist.” For years, micronized progesterone was the only hormone treatment I was offered, period. I was even told I could take up to 800 mg a day, yet I was never told that it could stop my periods or given a meaningful discussion of other treatment options. Was recommended to me by 2 drs to get checked out, but has been a nightmare. Males lacked empathy entirely in this office. The ONLY kind person in that office was the intake nurse. Reception male is rude on phone - dismissed and hung up within 2 min- rude especially if calling without referral. He apologized in office for that first call when I brought it up so okay? I guess?
