Was recommended to me by 2 drs to get checked out, but has been a nightmare. Males lacked empathy entirely in this office. The ONLY kind person in that office was the intake nurse. Reception male is rude on phone - dismissed and hung up within 2 min- rude especially if calling without referral. He apologized in office for that first call when I brought it up so okay? I guess? Dr. Olson is great!
Dr. Olsen is extremely knowledgeable about women's hormones & has helped me tremendously! I highly recommend him.
If it wasn't for Dr. Olsen giving me a comfortable and accepting experience the first time I walked in, I don't know where I'd be now. I haven't had a single bad experience with him or anyone in the clinic.
