Everyone was kind and professional. I saw Ben Thomas who explained the situation with clarity and empathy. The treatment he provided was expertly accomplished. Thank you Ben.
Dr Lyman took the time to hear me and what has been going on with my knee for 4 mths. I hace been on crutches for 4 mths. Even had answers to causes none of the other Dr. I saw in Spokane even mentioned. Very Impressed, looking forward to his ongoing care.
The staff and Dr. Bana were amazing! I recommend this place 100%! I hope I never break anything orthopedic again but if I do this is where I will be going!
The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The x-ray techs put my stress at ease and Dr Arena did the most thorough examination of my feet I have ever had, and explained my condition and options in words that I could easily understand and took the time to answer all of my questions. Five star service!
