Hometown quality and helpful staff
Not that clean and way overpriced !
They were amazing! I'm a city girl who has only ever bought meat from a grocery store. The gentlemen explained each of the cuts to me on the ticket and told me the difference in processing. He even gave us a tour of the facility explaining each of the processes the beef goes through. The pricing was very reasonable. Combined with the cost of the cow itself, we ended up paying the same price as the cheaper ground beef at Sams, but we got so much more than ground beef. I highly recommend!
