I recently had cateract surgery at this facility. They are not only highly professional but also make you feel at home. Each person I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel I was not in the most capable hands available. I was certainly a bit apprehensive, but they took the time to explain the procedure and quell my concerns. This place is awesome. I was there for cataract surgery, and the entire staff from the reception desk to nurses are so friendly and caring. I had Catherine for my nurse, and she was fantastic. She put me at ease, explained everything and really reduced my surgery anxiety. I highly recommend this place for surgery.
Every single person working at OLOL Pontchartrain Surgery Center made the whole experience stress free and quick. Our 4 year old needed tubes after near constant ear infections since starting school (thanks Covid lockdown for ruining little immune systems). Dr. Brad Lebert performed the surgery and has an awesome personality for dealing with nervous parents and children alike. The staff was incredible! Dr. Sessions is amazing as always, but I was especially impressed with my RN. I am a naturally queasy person when it comes to medical stuff, and Michelle was amazingly compassionate. She went above and beyond what I expected. Everyone was kind and efficient.
