We’ve been coming to OSSVH for 11 years (3 old rescue dogs). We also use the boarding services 3 - 6 times per year. Our dogs love the staff!
You all have been wonderful for the last 10 years I have been with you. I cannot tell you how much I love Dr. Gregory, she has a special place in my heart., but aside for my love for, Dr. Gregory the entire team is phenomenal. I refer people all the time to you guys. The customer service is PERFECT, and perfect is virtually impossible. You all continuously reach for excellence and achieve it. Thank you for all you do!

The staff is wonderful, in particular the vets. Consistently friendly and caring and even have provided free services to a feral cat in the neighborhood. They know what they are doing. Have been using OSSVH since 1996 and not been disappointed.
We had a great visit with Dr. Hoffmann and the staff and appreciated the care and advice we were given.
My dog, who is usually not an easy patient, responded well to the calm and confident manner of the tech and the vet. I received a lot of repro information, both general and specific to my dog. It helped me make a decision about breeding. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable for the expertise.
Had an amazing experience with my cat! Was able to get in and out quickly for emergency surgery. Btw she is much better and back to her normal self. They were very kind, kept me calm and kept me updated. This will now be my primary vet! Amazing staff and facility!
