Have an older autisic child. Ignorant treatment from someone who claimed to have dealt with the "spectrum" prior. Knew nothing and knew nothing about the support no longer available to over 18 children. Nor about the needs or ability of someone's chart they had right in front of them. If you need a general practicioner for an austic child over 18 I recommend other places be looked into first. I would ask for a referal from specialist, not a receptionist. My family has generally been satisfied with the service we've received from OMC. Unfortunately my daughter was referred to the Asthma and Allergy Department in October 2019. There was concern that she may be suffering from a food allergy, causing her stomach pain. After a less than two-minute meeting with the doctor, we were advised to take a blood test. Radiologist injected my shoulder and then did the wrong x-ray test that the orthopedic doc did not order. And man, did my shoulder hurt after that! Go elsewhere since this place has issues!

Absolutely the worst care available. I went in to urgent care last December with Covid-19 symptoms asking to be tested for Covid-19. Was told we don’t just give Covid-19 tests to anyone who walks in. Last I knew that was an urgent care need which defeats the purpose of calling it urgent care. Then after being accepted and told to wait, I way for almost an hour while others who came in after me get pulled in back before I do. Finally I get pulled in back just to answer questions involving if I had been using illicit drugs... read more
