This is now the SECOND time we've been to an appointment and waited an hour and a half just to be SEEN/ Called back. If a patient makes an appointment at a certain time it means theres a reason for a specific time. I get running behind but if your exceeding 30 minutes over then have somw respect for your patients time and reschedule them! Its blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional to make patients wait an hour plus with no explanation multiple. times.

Will terminate early any appointment that results in patient questioning medical recommendations, for purposes of delaying treatment punitively. Facility staff emphasizes Durable Medical Equipment & Pharmaceutical Interventions over Lifestyle Alterations & Behavior Modifications, which majority of patients can't afford. They treat their patients well and try to make you comfortable while you wait if show up early which I have a tendency to do, it does take a while to set up an appointment though.
