I was trying to reschedule an appointment. Was put on hold and they answered, didn’t even say hello, and hung up on me. I’ve had appointments where I would ask a question and they couldn’t give me an answer about something that THEY put in my medical history. They’re more concerned about telling me about their day than caring about the questions I have for them even when they ask if I have any questions. I had an absolute fabulous experience with OMC and the women’s health pavilion. Through pregnancy, to the birth of our child, the midwife team provided an exceptional level of care. Could not recommend enough!
