Visited today (Aug 15) while traveling from abroad, and honestly wasn't expecting such a great experience given some of the reviews here. My daughter needed to be seen and every single person we dealt with ,probably 5 different staff members including the doctor was smiling, kind, and genuinely professional. The receptionists were lovely, the nurse who did triage was great with her, and Dr. Irene took really good care of my daughter. Didn't have to wait long either.
