We called and were told they could get us into urgent care. we arrived and the receptionist began checking us in a nurse came out and told us they would not see us. Online hours are incorrect and I am very disappointed. We are from out of town and will not be driving 45 mins the next day to try again (her words not mine) that’s just not okay or good enough.
I highly recommend seeing Alex here for PT, rehab and Dry needling! Hands down the best PT person I've ever had who understands my pain after an injury and understands my occupation. He was able to help me pin point the root of my issues and the stretches are very helpful. He listens well and teaches well and explains what he's doing and why every time. Acute Care really left me feeling very confused & frightened for my safety at home. The affect of the NP was very, flat. I can’t say ever looked me in the eyes. Very, strange as it seemed SLOW there, afternoon time 3 O’Clock abouts. The “examination” was performed in the chair after my blood pressure was taken by a young nurse. I had pain in my bladder & kidneys that hurt, I had it a few times before but it was always done on a table because I get infections more as I age.
