This place is a joke waited an hr yp take a pre employment drug screen. Very rude staf.
Super unhelpful place with useless doctors that seem to take every Friday off. I’ve been left hanging over the weekend in miserable pain multiple times due to the conduct at this office, go somewhere else where the doctors and nurses actually care
Went to this location on a Saturday for my daughter’s chest/shoulder blade pain and shortness of breath. They were not able to help and sent us to the ED. Returned on Monday for a follow up to see Dr. Poulin as directed by ER. I have never had a Dr. be so rude and dismissive. It was like he had his diagnosis made before even speaking with my daughter. Went in for a dot test took me over 2 hours to get and out. Was forgot about in the waiting room and was told I never had an appointment even tho I had multiple confirmation texts.
Dr. Hillebrand is one of the best doctors I have ever had, she is so kind and very understanding. The nursing staff and receptionist’s are friendly and accommodating. I go to miracle mile for all my bloodwork and X-ray needs for they are the best.
