Horrible. Never showed for appointment. I took the day off for a 10-12 scheduled appointment and they never showed. Called three times, first two I was lied to, third time my call was ignored.
Warning!! Stay away from this company! This place sucks in every aspect. We moved into a house that had a very efficient furnace installed in 2005 by Olmsted. Since 2007 when we moved in, they have literally had to come out at least 1-2x per year to service it. Called another company and told them our situation and they suspected all of these issues stem from a bogus installation. When asked Olmsted about it, they had nothing to say.
