My daughter’s apartment smelled like cigarettes and stench from the hallway I assume. She was pregnant and when she would bring her clothes to wash they smelled like she was smoking 2 packs a day ( she doesn’t smoke) I week after her baby was born she realized she couldn’t keep a baby in that environment and moved. Never complained and paid the fee’s to break the lease. The same paint buckets sat in the hall way for 4 months they were there the day we moved her in and the day we moved her out.
No a/c for 19 days in 90° weather. Maintenance man said it was an amenity, and not urgent. Apartment was 89° at its highest. My daughter has asthma. Maintenance man was carrying a gun in his holster. He left a mess in the unit and protruding screws. Greasy hand prints everywhere. Our cat cut his paw on one of them. Basically, maintenance is incompetent. Lisa refused to give a date for it to be fixed so we can return from the hotel we have to stay in. Find a place with educated staff, and maintenance that have skills! ZERO ST... read more
