I have purchased items from Ollis auctions for the last 7+ years and have had nothing but outstanding service and professionalism. The last 2 years I have begun to have my own auctions with them. I just can't say enough positive things about Kara and her team. Thank you for making it so easy.
My experience with this company was very disappointing. Three texts, over the space of one week, none of which were ever responded to. I had given up on hearing from them when I finally get a callback from Kara who is rude, curt, and abrasive. I am not going to pay these people a 10% bidder's premium and be treated like I am bothering them by asking for information on a home they have listed for auction. Last month, I participated as a successful bidder in the company's auction. My interaction with all staff members was a genuinely great experience. Everyone was professional yet very personable and accommodating. Jay was especially helpful in answering my questions on the phone. He went above and beyond in answering my questions and taking the time to share many additional photos of lot items to help me make an informed decision in bidding.
