We came in to look at books for our daughter and my pregnant wife needed to use the restroom and the staff would not give us the code. She ended up using the bathroom on herself as she had to run from the back of the store to Wingstop nextdoor. Do better Ollies, we will be filing a complaint with corporate. PS. No working AC and the store is infested with mice.
