Stumbled across this incredibly welcoming glasses shop while traveling and not only were the staff super kind and friendly, but the shop was also very accessible. They had a portable ramp, and the staff were very eager to help our group get around. They even became a bit of a tour guide for us while in downtown Victoria! We appreciated the cut through, advice on places to see, and the kind hospitality!
I can't recommend Ollie Quinn in Victoria highly enough. After comparing prices across several optical stores in the city, they were by far the best value I found, and the quality wasn't sacrificed in the slightest. I purchased a new pair of frames with Transitions lenses, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the customer service. I had the best experience at OQ yesterday! I’ve bought frames there before and had a great time and this was no different. The folks working were so sweet and helpful and their customer service was perfect - both were welcoming and friendly and checked in without being overbearing. I’m so excited for my new glasses 🥰
Exceptional service and amazing friendly staff!! I choose to make all of my eyeglasses and contact lenses purchases here. Really great selection of frames and particularly good prices if you have a very high prescription like mine !
