Update: I sent a message a month ago to the number replied below and unfortunately never heard back. I have to rate them low as the sunglasses I bought had the polarized film melt off within about a year into having them. I went in to see if they can replace or fix them and was told that their warranty is only a year, and it wouldn’t even count because I stored my sunglasses in my car (in the provided case, inside the glove compartment), which apparently on hot days would cause the film to melt off? I was looking for a place that would have screws for a vintage pair of sunglasses I have. Sadly, when they assured me they could help my sunglasses ended up getting damaged on the frame, almost stripping the threads. This was due to inserting the wrong threaded screws. This lack of care is quite disappointing as these are my favourite sunglasses and would be quite hard to replace.
The team is excellent and efficient. They made my life less stressful and the I am happy with my glasses for my stigmatism.
Staff would not honour return policy. Extremely rude. Claimed returns were not allowed. I had to reference them to their own website and then she called manager and eventually relented.
The store manager, Emmy, is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers. Not only was she incredibly supportive during my tumultuous saga with the wrong prescription, she also helped me find the most epic new pair of frames that I absolutely adore!
