Not a customer but I brought in broken sunglasses (missing a screw to keep the frames in place) and they replaced + fixed it completely for free!

The staff at Ollie Quinn are incredibly helpful and understandable! I picked up some new snazzy frames recently and love them. The staff are always kind and helpful, help adjust my glasses if need be and in general they do their best to go the extra mile for you which I always appreciate.

Service here is excellent, they helped me with my lenses when they started to deteriorate. They were quick and provided me with fun merch for free! Great spot!
