I stopped by this store to get my glasses adjusted, even though I didn’t buy them here. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, and they didn’t hesitate to assist me. They adjusted my glasses perfectly and didn’t even charge me. I really appreciated the great service — I’ll definitely be coming back to buy my next pair of glasses from them!

Overpriced frames and self-important staff. Went there last month to get a very simple adjustment made to my glasses. Was literally told "we don't touch any glasses but our own" with an attitude that suggested I was simply not worth their time. A classic case of a store that wants to be sophisticated, but sits empty most of the time because of inflated prices and clueless customer service. I predict the store will be gone by end of year.
