Always had enjoyable experiences at their stores. Went to the Queen east leslieville location for my most recent exam and new glasses. Dr and staff (Ria and Kelsey) are very personable and efficient. Adjustments are easy. Thanks all!
Fantastic service for anyone with tricky vision needs! I got progressive glasses. Special thanks to optician Riya and Kelsy for their attentive care. The staff took extra care to fine-tune my lenses for my work and driving, and my new glasses are so comfortable and sharp. Super professional and patient team, I’m really happy with the result.
Came in with twisted/broken spectacles, the ladies were very kind and were able to fix them within 10 mins.
Very nice ladies and very accommodating.
Made me pay more for replacement frames than I paid for the frames originally. Buy from Warby Parker instead
