A great place for elders, kept immaculate, easy move in, very kind atmosphere.
A family member of mine just moved into a studio apartment there. It is a safe environment for low income seniors to live in. The building is well-maintained and clean. His studio apartment is the perfect size for him (415 sq ft). The location is great as well being very near to Sublette Park, the Hill, and Hampton Ave. My relative is somewhat shy so when he told me he participated in a Taco Tuesday luncheon there, I was so happy! Angela is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great move in process and wonderful living conditions. Clean and maintained and offer many extra services.
