I have been a tenant for the past 7 years and I am very sad to leave. I loved living here and the only reason I am moving is because I have retired and I will be traveling and living with family. I see some of these reviews, and I am in total disbelief...I can honestly say that I have "NEVER" had a problem with the office staff or maintenance. Need to get in contact with the office need the number
I was a prospective tenant up UNTIL (Ray Voice)......."Lorraine" or whomever called me about my inquiry on 12/15/25 @ 10:30a. Her combative tone was an immediate turn off. She got mad that I corrected her on the Coconut Creek regional city limits. I told her ''I am not interested because I do not like your tone". She replies, "I dont either". You cannot make this stuff up.
For the past two weeks, there has been significant delay and disruption in the registration processes. Constant postponements are affecting the workflow and causing a loss of trust. The person in charge is expected to be more organized, timely, and responsible. If this continues, it could lead to serious problems for both the management and the residents.”
