For the past two weeks, there has been significant delay and disruption in the registration processes. Constant postponements are affecting the workflow and causing a loss of trust. The person in charge is expected to be more organized, timely, and responsible. If this continues, it could lead to serious problems for both the management and the residents.”

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The rent may be cheaper than other apartments in the surrounding area, but it's for a reason. I lived here for six years and I have never seen a property that is so hostile towards its tenets. I have lived here for 2 years and the maintenancein this place is horrible. On Feb 20 of 2025 i went into the office and asked about when our building would get cleaned and some paint. There was no interest in for 2 years in painting or pressure cleaning. My apartment is in the back where no one cares to check. Paint is peeling hand rail is rusting away. The pool and hot tub were “cleaned” today as you can see from the iguana and raccoon poop in and by the pool, the stale water and trash by the fountain that hasn’t worked in years and the cigarette butts around the hot tub. To say it smelled like death is an understatement. I work hard to pay rent here which is supposed to include these amenities but the owners don’t care. I almost puked. Stay away!
