They did fantastic work, and went above and beyond several times while waterproofing my home! Price was reasonable and the end result is amazing. This is our second time using Olivieri & Son’s. We used them about 2.5 years ago at our home in Brunswick and we were very happy. We moved to North Royalton and this home ended up with a basement leak. We did not hesitate to call Rocco Olivieri to service this home for us. Extremely Unprofessional – Showed Up and Ghosted I agreed to a $30,000 exterior waterproofing job with Rocco from Olivieri & Son. On our agreed start date, their entire crew arrived with heavy equipment, circled my property for 20-30 minutes, and drove away without saying a word. 1. I love family run businesses and they are top notch .. great communication ( in heard of ) , friendly , polite . Extremely knowledgeable as they ran into several other issues when digging and fixed them no problem … 100 % would recommend them any of my family / friends . We had an excellent experience with Olivieri & Sons. They gave us a quote for waterproofing and within a few days were able to get the entire back of our house completed within just a few days.
