Terrible experience! Would not recommend! They were professional and friendly when I went in to pick out a dress, I will give them that. However, upon finding a dress we had discussed that the dress would need to be two sizes up to fit me in the chest. They must’ve confused themselves while ordering the dress and ordered the correct size for my waist but not my bust. RecommendedI cannot say enough great things about Ms. Jolie and her staff! This was my 2nd bridal shop and totally went on a whim. I will say when I heard the word couture I thought expensive and made for skinny girls. I’m a curvy girl so I was concerned they wouldn’t have any dresses for me to try on. Not only did they squash my theory in my head, I found THE ONE!! I love this place, both owners and all who work here. Incredibly nice and friendly crew!!
Olivier was my second experience trying on dresses. I loved the fact that I was able to pick out dresses I liked. It made it so much more personal. Because of covid, I had the whole place to myself. Everyone was so helpful and nice and did not pressure me one bit to do anything! I found the perfect dress here and it was all so special. Definitely recommend going here!!
I went to a bunch of bridal shops across the northshore, BR and Metarie, and this was one of my ABSOLUTE favorites - Terry was extremely hospitable and patient. The shop is cozy and quite chic, and offers a beautiful selection of dresses. Highly recommend!
I arrived at my appointment to look at dresses for my bridesmaids with one of my bridesmaids. This was not a welcoming experience. One woman who worked there took the time to talk to us but the original lady was not helpful or welcoming. Did not get names. I stayed in the store for maybe 15 minutes and left. Will not go back.
Everyone is super nice and allows you to take as long as you need. Beautiful dresses at reasonable prices.
Mrs. Jolie and her staff were nothing short of amazing during my wedding gown shopping experience! The customer service was excellent as they were all so patient with me and accommodating throughout the entire process and truly fulfilled all of my wedding gown wishes. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family as this experience was stress free and enjoyable most of all! Large gown selection with great prices. I’m so happy I found the perfect dress! Olivier Couture is one of a kind!
I could not have asked for a better experience at Olivier! It was my first time trying on dresses so I did not know what to expect and certainly did not expect to find THE ONE during my first appointment, but I did!! Mrs. Jolie is incredible!
