"During one-on-one appointments, Dr. Souphis is great. She doesn't rush you, actually listens to your health concerns, and treats you with genuine kindness and empathy.The problem is everything that happens outside the exam room. The reception staff is consistently cold and unhelpful. Trying to get ahold of this office is a constant struggle because they rarely answer the phone and never call back.
