Dr. Ragusa is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen in terms of communication and interpersonal skills. I booked my appointment through the BR General Family Medicine website and it’s very easy and convenient. I think they even accept same-day appointments if availability allows. I went in to see Dr. Ragusa as a new patient with several different ailments. She thoroughly addressed each one and made a care plan for me to get back on track with my health. She and her staff (nurse Mimi) are super friendly and they truly listen to everything you tell them. I couldn’t be happier with my choice for a new PCP.
