🚨🚨 DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! 🚨🚨 If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and hard gel/builder gel manicure, and from beginning to end, the experience was horrible. First, my supposed “deluxe” pedicure was completely rushed. I recently moved back to the city and was looking for a new nail salon and I chose Olivia & Oliver---a horrible decision. I have long natural nails of which I am very proud and I paid around $80 including a 20% tip for a gel manicure with some designs. While the nail art turned out nice, I was not able to enjoy the design long as the man who did my nails thinned them significantly causing them to all break off into the quick and I had to cut them all the way down to protect them from getting ripped off. First-time customer, and unfortunately this was one of the least relaxing salon experiences I’ve had. Was treated as a walk in despite having an appointment. Wasn’t told where to wait or what to do after picking out a polish. Pedicure started late, with cold water, and then the person doing it left mid-service to go work on another customer.
