Woooooow! I had to come to St. Louis and because of my scheduling, I didn't have time to go to my location for my pedicure, so I came to Olivia and Oliver Nail lounge! I tell you The customer service is superb. The staff is phenomenal. The service is second to none. customer service skills ,They lack none!!! on a scale from 1 to 10 I give them a 20, very professional, very classy very friendly and service with a smile. These people are biased towards the customer. All cause I didn’t like the color and decided to change it, the person doing my nails scolded and said next time to inform before. Why is this place running when they argue with the customer? My pinky toe was bruised, legs were left oily, couldn’t even walk past the door and the service was rushed. Will not recommend nor visit next time.

I’ve been coming here for years, but it’s been getting progressively worse of an experience.Now I just went in for a pedicure and chose the Cat eye and asked how much more that would be. He said “do you want the magnet” and I said I just wanted it however it was on the example nail. He said $5 more. I got the nails done, and the lady doing them asked how I wanted them.
