Honestly, don’t understand how this place is so busy. I walked in and within about 10 minutes, gel was already being applied without much prep. The entire service felt rushed from start to finish. By the end, there was polish all over my cuticles, and instead of fixing it properly, she used the drill to remove it, which felt like a sloppy workaround. I got my nails done at the Brentwood location 8472 Eager Rd Saint Louis, MO 63144 United States. Jimmy did my nails today 3/18/26. I asked for specific designs prior to my nails being touched and Jimmy did not indicate initially that he could not complete my specific designs in the reference photos. I can say Jimmy did make an effort to attempt the designs but the signs of frustration were overwhelming for me. Most of the nails had a space between the cuticle part and the start of the nails. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has got to be the worst pedicure I ever had. Stay far away from Viviann, I really do not think she knows what she’s doing. Went in for a basic gel pedicure and once I sat down I felt generous so I said I’d do the deluxe instead. She didn’t give a single massage the entire time, she would just put the soap on and take it off. That’s it. But I can get past this if the gel is applied properly. Today I observed absolutely unacceptable treatment of a customer in the salon. Hannah, the manager on duty today was completely condescending, rude and abrupt with a customer for no reason. She did not listen to a single thing that the customer was trying to say to her and rather kept talking over her and inserting her own side of the argument. Hannah should be ashamed of herself.
