Today I visited Olivia Nails for the first time after a friend recommended it, but unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. The pricing is higher than other salons, yet the level of care and effort did not reflect that. I paid $70 for a pedicure, and the result was below average my feet actually feel rougher than before, catching on sheets and surfaces when they should feel smooth. Andrew is fabulous! I show him a picture of the nail look I want and does it even better!! The salon is clean and really no waiting. Great customer service.

I walked in here yesterday to see if they had time for two pedicures. Every employee just looked up and stared at me like I had 4 eyes. No “hello” or “how can I help you?” . After about 15 seconds of complete awkward silence, one employee mumbled something that I couldn’t understand. So I asked if they had time for the pedicures. He simply said “no”. I turned around and walked out. I won’t be back. It was super weird.
